What is exercise? What does it do? Does it help us with our health?

Exercise is an activity that helps us in our daily life.It helps our body to be immune to sicknesses, be more healthy, and make our body stronger.

There are many of us in which are not doing daily exercise and only on our phones, playing or chatting people in social media.These activities may lead us to sickness and also damages our eyes.It also leaves us to having a letter-C-position because of sitting curved for a long time.

Many people are encouraging “the-lazy-boys” to do gym exercises and zumba dances, but there are only some people that are choosing to exercise compared to those people using their phone.

For having a healthy body will change our future. It will change our lives from just having a single exercise.We can do the best, if there is always an opportunity for us.We can change our future even by doing the little things around us.Having exercise may help us, but if we choose to sit and relax, it can also change our life, family, and our very own future.To sit or to stand, it will change us
